What is Mindful Employer?
MINDFUL EMPLOYER aims to work with employers to help ensure employees and job applicants who declare mental health issues receive the right level of support increase awareness of mental health at work and provide ongoing support for employers in the recruitment and retention of staff.

MINDFUL EMPLOYER is run in Surrey by the Surrey Mindful Employer Group. Surrey Supported Employment Ltd acts as the secretariat for the group, which is Chaired by Graham Plummer, CEO of ESRA Ltd, Redhill.
